The Enofrigo DOGE ISOLA is a heated island buffet display for self-service dining, combining a warm-hold function with a freestanding design that allows guest access from all sides. Drawing 3.48 kW at 230 V, it maintains serving temperatures across the entire counter without the need for fixed service points well suited to hotel breakfast areas, restaurant buffet lines and catering venues.

The unit is built around a wooden structure with quartz-resin agglomerate tops, available in light oak or weng finishes, giving it a premium front-of-house appearance. An openable tempered glass canopy protects the food wells, while LED interior lighting keeps the display visually appealing on the buffet floor. Digital controls and AISI 304 stainless steel wells (with quartz-resin or AISI 316 options) round out a display built for daily professional use.
