The La San Marco ALL IN 300 is a fully automatic bean-to-cup espresso machine for commercial self-service environments, rated for up to 300 brewing doses per day. Its customisable touchscreen display lets operators configure a menu of 24 beverages without barista involvement, making it a practical fit for medium-to-large hotels, canteens, service stations and self-service counters running high daily volumes.

A dedicated separate boiler for the hot water wand keeps tea and hot-water service independent from the espresso circuit, avoiding temperature conflicts during peak hours. The spent grounds container holds approximately 700 g, reducing the frequency of manual intervention on a busy service line. Running on a standard 230 V supply at 3.1 kW, the ALL IN 300 integrates without special electrical infrastructure in most commercial kitchens and hospitality back-of-house installations.
