The Frucosol SH3000 is an automatic cutlery polisher and dryer for restaurants, hotels, banqueting operations and catering businesses handling up to 150 covers per seating. Running on standard 230 V / 50 Hz at just 0.75 kW, it processes up to 3,000 pieces per hour through a continuous-feed, top-loading cycle keeping service lines moving without manual buffing.

Cutlery is dried by hot air via a fan motor at the end of the circuit, then polished using non-toxic, biodegradable vegetable granulate. An integrated UV lamp sterilises both the cutlery and the polishing granulate during operation, meeting hygiene expectations in professional kitchens. The polished stainless steel body is built for worktop or bar-mounted installation, fitting neatly into tight back-of-house and front-of-house layouts alike.
