Built from CFC-free, 100% recyclable expanded polypropylene (EPP) foam, it holds food at safe serving temperatures for 4 or more hours load pans at 8287.8 C and the box does the rest.

The single front-loading door swings 270 clear, so staff can load and retrieve full GN 1/1 pans without awkward lifting. Integrated latches, beveled door edges and a built-in condensation barrier keep contents secure and counters dry in transit.
