The Cambro 14HP is a GN 1/1 high-heat polycarbonate food pan (H-Pan) rated from -40 C to 190 C, purpose-built for kitchens that move food through multiple temperature environments without changing containers. Made from Cambro’s proprietary H-Pan hi-temp polycarbonate compound, it holds 12.3 litres in a full-size GN 1/1 footprint compatible with standard steam tables, bain-maries, ovens, and microwaves alike.
