You’ll be cooking with gas on glass when you use the Culina UBGOG60BK Four Burner Gas Hob. This appliance has a glass surface, which is smooth and often easier to wipe clean then a standard gas hob would be. The gas element offers a power source than can be more controllable than an electric ceramic alternative and produces heat quickly. Each burner is protected by a Flame Failure Safety Device, an interrupter that can stop the flow of gas automatically if the pilot light is extinguished. There is an auxiliary, two semi-rapid and a rapid burner to choose from which have power levels of up to 1 kWh, 1.75 kWh and 3 kWh respectively.
