The Frucosol MC1000 is a commercial degreasing and decarbonising tank designed for deep-cleaning heavy kitchen equipment including oven racks, fryer baskets, grills and trays with a 280-litre stainless steel basin that accommodates large loads in a single cycle. Thermostat-controlled heating up to 75 C breaks down baked-on grease and carbon deposits efficiently, without abrasive scrubbing.

Compatible with Frucosol’s DK-6 non-toxic, biodegradable detergent, the MC1000 keeps chemical costs and environmental impact low; a single water-and-detergent charge lasts up to four weeks before renewal is needed. At 1.4 kW on a standard single-phase supply, running costs are modest for the tank size. It is a practical choice for high-volume restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and institutional foodservice sites that need to turn around large batches of equipment quickly and consistently.
