The Kromet 900.BEK-200AN is a 200-litre indirect electric boiling pan with automatic jacket water refill, designed for high-volume cooking and heating of liquid foods in canteens, hospital kitchens, restaurants and catering operations. Drawing 24.5 kW at 400 V three-phase, it heats product gently and evenly through a double-jacketed water jacket, with the polished AISI 316L acid-resistant bottom protecting delicate contents from scorching.

The AN variant’s distinguishing feature is its fully automatic jacket water management: a solenoid valve and float-level sensor continuously monitor and replenish the 37-litre jacket, with a blue indicator lamp confirming correct water level eliminating the manual checks that slow down a busy service.
