The Koneteollisuus KT-RK is an electric meat tenderizer for high-volume professional kitchens, running on a standard 230 V / 50 Hz supply and rated at 0.37 kW. Built from stainless steel and driven by a spiral screw and gear system running in an oil bath, it requires no additional lubrication and delivers consistent throughput of up to 1,200 steaks per hour making it well suited to butcheries, hotel kitchens, catering operations, and busy restaurant prep lines.

Safety is built into the design: the motor cuts off automatically if the safety cover is displaced, blade undersides are guarded, and the feed inlet is shaped to prevent finger contact. The blade cover and safety cover are both removable for straightforward cleaning at the end of service.
