Each of the two zones is controlled independently, letting chefs run different temperatures simultaneously from gentle warming up to a searing 270 C making this unit well suited to high-volume restaurants, hotel kitchens, teppanyaki-style live cooking counters and catering operations.

The 15 mm thick smooth chromium-plated plate sits on steel heating elements mounted directly beneath it for fast, even heat transfer, while a perimeter grease groove with two drain holes and a removable collection tray keeps the station clean during service.
