The FKI CL A2N is a drop-in water-bath sausage warmer and cooker designed for high-throughput buffet and food-service counters in restaurants, hotels, cafeterias and catering operations. Its dual-vessel bain-marie configuration draws a combined 2.5 kW across two independently powered zones, giving operators precise, consistent heat to keep sausages at serving temperature throughout a long service period.

Built from fully welded stainless steel with rounded edges, the unit integrates cleanly into any countertop cut-out. The removable inner vessel is dishwasher-safe for fast turnaround between services, while the outer water vessel drains quickly via a front tap minimising downtime and keeping the service line moving.
