The FKI FKE 2014 G is a floor-standing electric double-vat deep fryer delivering 14 kW total power 7 kW per vat on a 400 V supply, designed for high-volume frying in professional kitchens, restaurants, hotels and catering operations.

Each vat is governed by an electronic thermostat adjustable in 5 C increments across a range of 100180 C, giving kitchen teams precise, repeatable control over frying temperatures. Anti-ignition safety elements activate automatically when draining a vat or lifting the heating section, reducing risk during routine maintenance and oil changes.

Built on a floor-standing frame with front access to all electronic components, the FKE 2014 G suits busy lines where independent dual-vat frying and ease of servicing are priorities.
