The Fast Food Systems WD2 Warmer Drawer is a countertop heated holding unit with two independent drawers, designed to maintain food at serving temperature in fast-paced restaurant, caf and catering environments. Running on a standard 230 V supply at 1.0 kW, it uses convection humidity circulation no fan to keep food moist and table-ready without continuing to cook it.

Each drawer is controlled independently via a digital display showing internal temperature and a 90-minute countdown timer with an audible alarm, giving service teams precise hold-time management during busy covers. The unit accepts a full 1/1 GN 150 mm deep pan or three 1/3 GN polycarbonate pans with a drainer, and a removable water tray simplifies daily cleaning. It operates equally well as a standalone counter unit or integrated into Vizu Fast Serv modular systems for larger service configurations.
