The Casta CC/01 is a single-burner gas wok range (Chinese range) designed for high-intensity stir-fry cooking in professional restaurant, hotel and catering kitchens. Available in four burner variants atmospheric cast iron with vertical flame at 9.5 kW (C), 14.0 kW (T) or 21.0 kW (S), or a pre-mixing radiant infra-red burner reaching 23.0 kW (B) the CC/01 delivers the rapid, concentrated heat that wok cooking demands, on a compact countertop footprint.

The entire unit is built from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, including the 2.5 mm reinforced flat worktop and adjustable feet, ensuring durability in hard-working kitchen environments. Atmospheric variants (C/T/S) feature mechanical gas safety valve taps with thermocouple and pilot flame protection; the infra-red B variant adds electronic flame control with two-level adjustment.
