A 24-hour timer with Eco-Mode drives the skimming cycle on schedule, drawing separated grease into an included external collection container for straightforward disposal no manual skimming, no mess. The included food waste filter basket intercepts solids before they reach the retention tank, protecting the unit and the drain. Optional audio-alarm and mounting frames are available to extend the installation to your specific setup, and the tank carries a warranty of up to 5 years.
