The Hatco HWBI-2 is a drop-in modular insulated heated well for hot-food holding in buffet counters, serving lines and cafeteria stations, accommodating two full-size GN food pans at 1,920 W on 230 V / 50 Hz power. Its built-in insulation retains heat efficiently across the two independent wells, each controlled by its own temperature dial via a remote-mounted On/Off rocker switch box keeping service staff in control without crowding the counter surface.

Designed for drop-in countertop installation, the HWBI-2 uses EZ Locking Hardware for a secure, flush fit and is constructed from stainless and aluminized steel with brazed fitting joints and metal-sheathed heating elements.
