The Hatco GRAL/GRAHL is a Glo-Ray infrared strip food warmer with integrated shatter-resistant incandescent lights, designed to hold plated dishes and buffet pans at serving temperature in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and cafs. The aluminum housing is available in 16 length options spanning 457 mm to 3658 mm (18 to 144 inches), making the unit scalable from a single-pass pickup station to a full-length pass-through line.
