The Hoshizaki IM-100PE is a self-contained air-cooled ice cube machine from the IM CUBE series, producing up to 104 kg of large standard cubes (28 28 32 mm) per 24 hours and storing up to 50 kg in its integrated bin all within a stainless steel unit that fits flush against a wall thanks to front-only air intake and exhaust. Running on R290 refrigerant at just 0.56 kW, it suits busy bars, hotel beverage stations, restaurants and catering operations that need a reliable, compact cuber without a dedicated machine room.

Hygiene and maintenance are built into the design: a closed water circuit uses fresh water each cycle and drains the excess, while the capacitive touch-panel controls trigger automated cleaning cycles with wash auto-restart and alert staff when the water circuit or condenser needs attention. The magnetic DC pump motor with variable-speed drive has no direct coupling, reducing leak risk and service calls.
