The Moretti Forni ID-M 60.60 is a single-deck electric pizza oven from the iDeck line, reaching up to 450 C on a refractory brick baking surface of 0.4 m. It bakes up to four 300 mm pizzas at once, or one large 450 mm pizza, drawing 4.2 kW of installed power with an average consumption of 2.1 kWh a compact choice for pizzerias, restaurants and hotel kitchens with limited counter space.

Moretti Forni’s Dual-Power Technology gives independent electronic adjustment of ceiling and floor heating elements, with continuous thermocouple monitoring and an independent over-temperature safety device. The stainless steel, bottom-hinged door has a tempered glass window and full-length handle for monitoring the bake without heat loss, and a halogen lamp lights the chamber. Upper and lateral panels are aluminized sheet over mineral-wool insulation, with the front structure and door in stainless steel.
