The Moretti Forni PM 72.72 is a single-deck electric pizza oven for professional use, reaching up to 450 C on a refractory brick baking surface of 0.5 m. Drawing 6 kW installed power with an average consumption of just 3 kWh, it fits four 350 mm pizzas simultaneously or one large 450 mm pizza making it a compact, high-temperature workhorse for pizzerias, restaurants, and hotel kitchens.

Electromechanical controls on the right front panel give independent adjustment of ceiling and floor armoured heating elements, with a built-in baking timer for consistent results. The stainless steel, bottom-hinged door features a tempered glass window for quick visual checks without heat loss, and mineral wool insulation keeps the deck temperature stable. Made in Italy, the PM 72.72 stacks with an optional prover or stand, letting operators build a multi-deck station as volume grows.
