The OVE Garda dessert fork measures 185 mm and 34 g, sized for dessert and starter courses where the full-size table fork would be too large.

Every piece in the Garda range is made from 18/10 chrome-nickel stainless steel sourced from Germany, then polished through several stages, finishing with a high mirror polish for a bright silver surface that is built to be handled and washed hundreds of times a week in a working kitchen.

The dessert fork is sold singly and supplied to trade in cases of twelve, and lines up with the rest of the Garda range table cutlery, dessert cutlery and coffee/tea spoons for a matching place setting across every course.
