The OVE Torino fish fork is a 187 mm fork for the fish course, used alongside the fish knife rather than the table fork.

Made from Stainless steel 18/10, polished in several stages and finished with a high-mirror polish, it holds its shine through repeated commercial washing. At 0.031 kg per piece it stays light in the hand through a full service without feeling flimsy.
