The Pavesi Forni JOY 90 is a wood-fired professional pizza oven for up to 2 pizzas simultaneously, built on a fixed, domed-vault hearth and manufactured in Formigine, Modena, Italy. Its 70 mm monoblock refractory cement hearth rated to withstand temperatures above 1,200 C is self-expanding to resist cracking under sustained high heat, making it a dependable workhorse for pizzerias and restaurants serving up to 20 covers.

The exterior metal framework is supplied in anthracite grey by default, and can be painted, plastered, or finished with mosaic or natural stone cladding, so the oven integrates cleanly into open kitchens or terrace dining areas.
