The Alpfrigo KW4 is a refrigerated open-display salad bar for buffet and self-service use, holding four GN 1/1 pans and maintaining product temperature between +3 C and +10 C on just 0.25 kW. Built to ISO 23953:2005, it suits restaurants, hotels, catering operations and caf buffet lines where presentation and food-safety compliance both matter.

Cooling is fan-assisted, circulating a cold air layer directly through the food zone and a separate cold air stream from the base into each container keeping ingredients fresh and evenly chilled without direct contact with refrigerant components. A manually raised/lowered glass superstructure protects the display while keeping product fully visible, and internal lighting ensures the counter stays attractive during service. Automatic defrost and an electronic controller handle temperature maintenance with no manual intervention.
