The Vitrum Vitrum Cooling Workbenches CT08.3.MD.SR is a refrigerated preparation table for professional kitchens in restaurants, hotels and catering operations, combining a three-drawer cold block with an extended stainless steel worktop and an integrated sink basin on the right side. It holds a 26 C working temperature using the low-GWP R290 refrigerant and draws just 0.25 kW on a standard 230 V / 50 Hz single-phase supply making it practical wherever mains capacity is limited.

We build the CT08.3.MD.SR from INOX stainless steel throughout, insulated with seamlessly injected high-density two-component polyurethane foam for consistent cold retention. The three drawers run on telescopic stainless steel guides and accept GN 1/1-150 trays directly, keeping mise-en-place organised and immediately accessible. Automatic defrosting and electronic controls with built-in power-interruption protection keep the unit running reliably through the demands of
