The Retigo O 2021i PLUS is a large-capacity combi oven from the Orange Vision Plus series, combining convection and injection steam cooking across 20 GN 2/1 positions enough to serve 600900 meals per day. Running on 58.9 kW at 400 V, it is built for high-throughput professional kitchens in hotels, restaurants, central production facilities and catering operations where consistent output at scale is non-negotiable.

Control is handled through Retigo’s Vision Controls system on a 7-inch touchscreen, giving kitchen teams access to 99 stored cooking programs and 7 fan speeds for precise climate management. Active automatic cleaning, built-in HACCP logging and LAN connectivity come as standard, so compliance and remote monitoring require no optional extras. A trolley is included in the base equipment, and GN trays load crosswise for efficient rack handling.
