The Saro LORENA is an electric chafing dish for keeping food warm and presenting it at buffets, catering events, hotels and functions. It holds 3 litres and comes with a lid and a GN 1/1 food container (65 mm deep), so it fits straight into an existing GN system. The lid and water pan are stainless steel, and the base is black plastic.

Temperature is adjustable across six levels (0 to 5), with an on/off switch, a control lamp and overheat protection; a min/max mark in the base guides correct water filling. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.9 kW; temperature range 0 to 85 C; external dimensions 580 x 347 x 254 mm; net weight 3.9 kg (gross 5 kg). It is intended for indoor use only.
