The Saro FIONA is a compact heated display for cafs, bakeries, hotels and self-service restaurants, holding 43 litres across three adjustable chromed grids spaced 90 mm apart. Digital temperature control covers +30 to +80 C.

Interior lighting with its own on/off switch and a water pan for air humidification are included, with a front door for access. The stainless steel cabinet runs on 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.6 kW; external dimensions are 350 x 350 x 520 mm and net weight is 13.5 kg (14.5 kg gross).
