The Saro EB 26 makes hollow bullet ice for bars, restaurants, hotels and cafs: about 26 kg in 24 hours, with a 6 kg storage bin and cones of roughly 28 x 40 mm. It works on a circulation system with a permanent mains water connection, and the hose for the 3/4 inch supply and the 1/2 inch drain hose are included. Housing and flap are stainless steel.

It is air-cooled, rated for ambient temperatures from 10 to 40 C and a water pressure of 1 to 3 bar, and Saro recommends an upstream water softener where the water hardness exceeds 7.
