The Saro SAROMICA 6010 brews larger quantities of filter coffee for hotel breakfast rooms, cafs, offices, care homes and canteens, and keeps it hot for service at the buffet. Housing, lid and filter basket are stainless steel; the fine-mesh basket takes coarsely ground coffee without filter paper, and a sight glass shows the fill level at a glance.

Brewing and keeping warm run on separate heating systems, so a fresh batch is brewed and then simply held at temperature, and the coffee is drawn off through a safety tap.
