Suited to cucumbers, cabbage, onions, carrots, bell peppers, sweet potato and daikon, this disc handles the thick, consistent slices needed for salad bars, buffet lines and cook-chill production. It can also be paired with a compatible dicing grid when uniform dice is required, and is dishwasher safe for straightforward end-of-service cleaning.
