The FKI GL 9660 is a tabletop electric griddle (plancha) for professional kitchens, delivering 6.0 kW across two independently controlled heating zones on a smooth stainless steel cooking surface measuring 590 450 mm. Built from fully welded stainless steel with rounded edges, it is designed for continuous use in restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and busy caf counters.

Each zone has its own manual thermostat, giving the operator precise, simultaneous control over different proteins or temperature requirements.
