The Alpfrigo BLF 900 EC is an upright freezer for professional ice cream and gelato storage, offering 750 L of usable capacity and maintaining a temperature range of 18 C to 30 C. Powered by just 0.7 kW on a standard 230 V supply, it uses a fan-assisted monoblock cooling unit with a powder-protected evaporator, paired with 70 mm high-density CFC-free polyurethane insulation to sustain stable freezing conditions even under heavy service demand.

Eight shelves spaced 15 cm apart configure the interior to accept standard gelato tubs and pans fitting up to 54 tubs (360165 mm), 36 pans (360250 mm), or 32 tubs (200250 mm) making it well suited to gelaterie, pastry labs, hotel kitchens, and catering operations with high ice cream throughput. The fully automatic electronic control, self-closing reversible door with heated seals, and built-in door lock keep product safe and service straightforward.
