The Vitrum PL/BM.F.3-1-12 is a professional bar module combining integrated freezer drawers, an insulated ice well, and a speed rack in a single 1260 mm wide stainless steel station built for high-volume bar operations in restaurants, hotels, and cocktail bars.

At the core of this unit is a generously sized insulated ice well with removable dividers, keeping ice ready throughout a full service shift without constant replenishment. Two freezer drawers beneath the worktop provide dedicated cold storage for garnishes, dairy, or pre-batched cocktail components exactly where bartenders need them. The integrated speed rack keeps bottles organised and within arm’s reach, cutting movement and improving throughput during peak service.
