The GN 1/9 size is the smallest standard gastronorm footprint, and this tray puts it to work for condiments, garnish or small pours that would be lost in a larger container.

It is stainless steel (chrome nickel steel), 100 mm deep with a 1 L capacity, from the GN Core series. The tray stacks with other GN Core pieces and is dishwasher safe.
