This GN 1/3 tray holds 7 litres at a 200 mm depth, suited to high-volume storage where a single deep container is more practical than stacking several shallower pans.

It is made from chrome nickel steel 18/8, part of the GN Select range built for intensive daily use. It stacks cleanly, fits standard gastronorm equipment, and is dishwasher safe.
