Sized for a GN 1/2 container, this shelf lets liquid drain away from food resting above it, with a transparent polycarbonate body that keeps contents visible from underneath.

Made in Italy, it measures 265 x 205 mm and carries moulded scaling marks. Rated from -40C to +110C, it is dishwasher safe but not for microwave use.
