Made in France, it reaches cooking temperature in under 10 minutes and handles everything from proteins and vegetables to breakfast service without cross-zone interference.

Triple piezo ignition and three adjustment knobs with an idle position keep operation straightforward on a busy line, while three safety thermocouples automatically cut the gas on flame loss or leak. The fully removable grease drawer with its dishwasher-safe stainless steel collecting tray makes end-of-service clean-down quick. Optional accessories including a cooking lid, cooking grid, and the dedicated CHPS 900 trolley let operators configure the unit to their kitchen layout.
