The Hatco GR/GRH is an overhead infrared strip heater from the Glo-Ray product line, designed to keep plated food at serving temperature across pass-through windows, buffet lines, and service counters in restaurants, hotels, and catering operations. Available in seven length configurations from 457 mm (18″) to 2438 mm (96″), the series splits into standard-watt GR and high-watt GRH models to match varying heat demand and holding distances.

Each unit uses a tubular metal-sheathed infrared element with pre-focused heat pattern and specially designed reflectors, housed in a stainless steel body. Units ship with four stainless steel shelf mounting tabs and support a broad range of installation methods shelf brackets, C-leg or T-leg stands, suspension chain, or pass-through mounting.
