Made in France, the CGBIN4 features a stainless steel body and a thermocouple flame-failure device that automatically cuts the gas supply if the flame goes out a key safety requirement for busy, high-throughput service. Flame output is controlled manually via an adjustment valve, giving experienced crpe cooks direct, responsive control without thermostatic delay. The unit runs on butane or propane, with town gas injectors supplied as standard.
