The Valko FAVOLA 560 SL is a chamber vacuum packaging machine on wheels for professional kitchens, central production units, restaurants, hotels and catering operations, equipped with a 60 m/h pump, a 500 mm sealing bar and a built-in HACCP adhesive label printer.

The generously sized stainless steel chamber accepts bags up to 500 550 mm and is accessed via a convex (bombato) lid. Touchscreen controls store up to 99 programmes, while the sealing wire with waste trimming, soft air system and integrated MAP (inert gas) system give operators precise control over every pack. A removable pipe extends vacuum capability to gastronorm containers, making the FAVOLA 560 SL equally at home in cook-chill, sous-vide and modified-atmosphere applications.
