The Saro FRY TOP GH 610 R is an electric griddle for restaurants, takeaway outlets, food trucks and bistros: a grooved stainless steel plate, 600 x 400 mm, split into two heating zones and heated from 0 to 300 C, that creates characteristic grill marks and gives direct contact heat across the cooking surface.
